What’s the connection between whatever it is and the pH of the human body? The right balance of acid and alkaline in our bodies is what we mean when we talk about pH, so let’s get that straight first.

- Sedentary living: Acidic levels can rise if you don’t do any physical activities.
- Extreme dehydration, which is also linked to the consumption of toxins-laced processed foods and beverages
- Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs): Overhead power lines, microwave ovens, and other electric appliances are all potential sources of microwave radiation exposure.
Relax, don’t use your cell phone all day, spend time outside in the fresh air, and drink more water to keep your body’s pH levels stable. Maintaining a healthy weight can be made easier by engaging in regular aerobic exercise along with a well-balanced diet rich in fresh foods.
