Millions of individuals walk around at least partially dehydrated most of the time because they do not drink sufficient water, especially during the day at work.

Dr Caroline Edmonds, a psychologist, and author of the study, said that those subjects in the group who drank half a litre of water before completing mental tasks were 14 % faster than those who did not.
It is vital that you drink water throughout the day in order to stay hydrated because dehydration can cause fatigue, short-term memory loss, and cognitive impairment, which can be dangerous when you are at work, especially if you are in charge of or using any type of machinery or heavy equipment. It can also be detrimental to the company, especially if you are working with finances, as dehydration can make it difficult to concentrate on and complete mathematical problems.

Start your day off with a nice big glass of water, and continue that trend throughout the day, even if you do drink tea, coffee or other liquids as well.
