The Donald has made many ridiculous and insulting statements in his run-up to the US Presidential Election, but the one that may have got the biggest laughs is when he complained recently that the water restrictions in states such as California were damaging to his hairstyle as he could not wash his hair.

While others may be more worried that they did not have sufficient water for growing food, preparing food, personal hygiene or even foe drinking water, Trump’s biggest problem seemed to be his “do” although he insists that it is not a toupee as many have said, but his real hair.

After arguing with a Saudi prince on Twitter, waging war on former political ally Ted Cruz, and threatening to split from the GOP, Trump has now taken aim at water regulations, complaining that the water regulations in place to try and save water during one of the worst droughts in decades has hampered his ability to wash his “golden locks.’

He ranted to his supporters in Aiken, South Carolina last weekend, saying “It’s a disaster. So I build, and I build a lot of stuff, and I go into areas where they have tremendous water. And you have sinks where the water doesn’t come out. You have showers where I can’t wash my hair properly. It’s true. They

[showerheads] have restrictors put in. The problem is you stay under the shower for five times as long.” [Source: dailymail.co.uk]

Trump attacked the Environmental Protection Agency during a Q&A with Attorney General Alan Wilson, complaining about the restrictions in California, which is under strict water restrictions in the midst of a record four-year drought, and where he owns a golf course at Rancho Palos Verdes.

Alluding to the fact that many, including the White House he said that he wears a “rug,” Trump said, “I don’t wear a toupee, it’s my hair, I swear.”

Somehow I do not think that he has the sympathy of many, especially since his stance on banning Muslims from entering America and various other Twitter spats and ridiculous statements about various sections of the population in America.
