When the human body loses just 5 percent of its hydration, it will experience extreme fatigue, nausea and vomiting, muscle cramps, severe headaches, an increase in heart rate, and neurosensory disturbances such as tingling and numbness.
As soon as you’ve lost ten percent of your fluids, you’re on the verge of a serious case of dehydration that could leave you in a coma or even kill you. Signs of dehydration include severe muscle spasms, respiratory issues, vomiting, confusion, and painful urination with very low urine volume.
It’s easy to keep yourself and your loved ones healthy by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Don’t forget to finish your day with a glass of water before retiring for the night as well.
