However, the Living-Water claims are true and we have been nothing but satisfied with the high level of service we have received since day one, especially the claims of delivering water whenever needed. Our friendly and very efficient Account Manager, Frank Williams, ensured all our questions were answered and continues to keep in touch to ensure all is running smooth with our account, something other water companies do not do.
